Our board is comprised of over 40 years of business experience in a diversity of fields ranging from banking to IT. Although MJLT has been incorporated since 2018, the strength of these experiences offset the youth of the company. We are confident that our team has the capabilities and the professional acumen to successfully execute projects.

Maxo Michel
Chairman/Chief Executive Officer
Maxo Michel is CEO and Chairman of MJLT Global Holdings LLC. He has solid experiences in domestic and international business, with an extensive background in Finance and Global Development. He founded MJLT Global Holdings to build bridges across sectors and disciplines, to accelerate global access to sustainable solutions and to cultivate systems of change. He has over 18 years of leadership experience in areas not limited to business and international development. Maxo served as a senior advisor of Hope Horizon Foundation and is a member of its founding management team developing large scale transformational and sustainable partnerships with governments, industry, international organizations and financing institutions in emerging economies. In 2012 he was instrumental in developing the ALHF(Arms. Legs, Hand, Feet) Initiative in Haiti, which provided access to affordable prosthetic limbs to children that have endured the loss of a limb. Maxo Michel has held Chief Executive positions with Five Star Financials, a commercial lending brokerage in Indianapolis Indiana and MMCH Solutions LLC a consultant company that works with non-profit organizations in their early tiers. He is a devoted husband, father of two, a bestselling author and has also officiated as Pastor for the last 16 years both of the First Church of Philadelphia Full Gospel Assembly and Restoration Church of Indianapolis.
Arnold Hurtault Esq.
Executive Vice President – Deputy Chair
Mr. Hurtault, a New Jersey resident, received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School and his degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, and After Law School, he joined Ernst and Young as a Tax Consultant. He then practiced law, primarily in the areas of Taxation, Commercial and Transactional Law, business development and valuation, Telecommunications, and Trade. He has extensive background in International Affairs, as well as International Transactions. As Executive Vice-President his main areas of focus will be maintaining current growth, compliance, and expand project development.
Altayeb Ahmed Abdullah Alfaliti
Chief Operating Officer/Head of MJLT Global Holdings Oman Branch
As a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University with a Bachelor in Oil and Gas Engineering, Altayeb Ahmed Abdullah Alfaliti has continued to innovate and adapt to the ever-changing landscape and fundamentals of Global Development and infrastructure. Assuming a leadership position at MJLT Global Holdings Oman Branch, Mr. Altayeb Alfaliti demonstrates a knack for navigating the international exigencies, while creating cross-culture connections, and fostering growth for clients around the world. With his experiences in international business and trade, He continually proves his ability to communicate a clear vision, to think strategically, and inspire cooperation among clients and partners.
Ömür Karahan
Special Advisor to CEO/ Executive Project Manager
Ömür Karahan is President of Sectech Industrial Company with over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Industrial automation systems, WinCC Flexible and GE Fanuc Open process, Power Plant and BOP I&C engineering. Mr. Karahan has successfully led cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. He is well-versed in automation and I&C levels of projects, including I&C erection material MTO, DCS control architecture, and has a proven track record of implementing Agile practices to improve project efficiency and team collaboration. With his extensive experience in project management and engineering, Mr. Karahan is a welcome addition to MJLT Global Holdings as Special Advisor to our CEO.
Jessica Nguyen
Investment Analyst Consultant
Jessica Nguyen is one of the leading consultants in economic development and promotion. She provides strategic support to clients of national, regional and city-based trade and investment promotion agencies (IPAs), Special Economic Zones and trade ministries worldwide. She was also appointed to work on projects of the World Bank, European Union, United Nations and other multilaterals funding projects, and has undertaken numerous sector and cluster assessment projects. Ms. Nguyen also holds a Masters in International History & Politics, and a Bachelors in International Relations.
Dr. Erica Giblin, MD
Member of Board
Dr. Erica Giblin, MD is a General Surgery Specialist in Carmel, IN and has over 18 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Giblin has more experience with Breast Surgery than other specialists in her area. She graduated from Upstate Medical University/ College of Health Professions medical school in 2002. She is affiliated with medical facilities such as St. Vincent Carmel Hospital and Holy Family Hospital. A recipient of the Patient Safety Excellence Award™ in 2002 and a member of the Federation of State Medical Board since 2008.
Valery Ulysse
Senior Human Resources Executive
Mr. Ulysse boast strong multi-tasking skills, with experience handling a wide range of administrative, technical and executive-support tasks. As senior HR executive at MJLT Global Holdings, Mr. Ulysse has been successful throughout his career in developing HR strategies and programs aligned with company objectives that drive change, create “one culture” mindsets and elevate business performance. As an Executive Coach/Human Capital Consultant, he works with executives and companies in areas impacting the workplace including communication, performance management and decision making.
